Physical and mental health support from our in-house professionals and specialist health organisations. Wellbeing activities include walking groups and Pilates.
If we don't specialise in it we will find someone who does. Our local partnerships mean that we can put you in touch with the right people or work with your current support network to ensure you get an all-round service.
You will also have a dedicated employment specialist who will get to know you and help you find the right job, at the right time. They can also support with self-employment if that was of interest.
Use of computers, internet and printing with someone on hand to help. You can also access online courses ranging from basic IT support, such as how to use a keyboard and mouse, to how to use the internet and accessing health support and public services online.
We will support you every step of the way from helping to find the right job and getting to grips with your new routine to helpful advice on managing your new income.
Courses include; money management, how to search for a job effectively, build confidence, manage anxiety, look after your physical wellbeing, sleep and routine tips, create a CV that will interest employers.

Through our local and national employer relationships we can put you forward for vacancies. Or, if self-employment is of interest we can provide expert advice.
Dawn, our Engagement Advisor, develops partnerships within the community, voluntary and advice sectors, with the aim of introducing them to Ingeus and the services we can offer.
Senior Mental Health
Rachel is a Senior Mental Health Professional and Registered Psychiatric Nurse. She works with Steps 2 Success clients offering one to one support and advice on managing health conditions. Rachel supports clients with a range of difficulties including self-esteem, confidence, depression and anxiety. She also facilitates health education workshops and has strong links within the local community therefore can refer directly where appropriate.
Employer Account Manager
Tracey, our Employer Account Manager, establishes links with local employers to generate sustainable vacancies for Ingeus participants. As well as ensuring potential new recruits are well-prepared and interview ready, Tracey also supports employers with CV screening and interview scheduling.
